The purpose of the Regional Collaboration Toolkit 1.0 is to provide a structured guide for when service organizations, legal service providers, government entities, advocacy groups and/or broad based coalitions are coordinating regional collaboration efforts for effective implementation of administrative relief, immigrant integration services, and preparing for eventual immigration reform.
