The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has proposed new rules, and expects to finalize them by mid-2016. If you are considering an application, now may be the time to file, before the new rules take effect! The panel discusses the recognition and accreditation requirements and application process; and provides recommendations and tips for a strong application. The panelists are Courtney Tudi, Managing Attorney, Capacity Building, World Relief; and Laura Burdick, Field Support Coordinator, Center for Citizenship and Immigrant Communities, CLINIC.
