This webinar helps immigration advocates assess a client's eligibility and the risk of applying for DAPA with a criminal record. It will address the crimes bars to DAPA and DACA and how they are different; key questions that have not yet been resolved; the risks that an applicant will be referred to removal proceedings; and what advocates should do now, before the application period starts.
