This webinar reviews expanded eligibility for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), as well as the new Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) program for parents of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents. The panel discusses contemplated regulatory changes to provisional waiver eligibility, national guidance on travel with advance parole, and new ICE enforcement priorities.
