Our attorneys and paralegals offer one-on-one consultations to assess participants’ eligibility for legal benefits and assist them in applying when qualified; providing help with the preparation of applications such as the N400 and the fee waiver.  Additionally, we provide assistance with immigration document replacements, renewals, and applications for Certificates of Citizenship, among other services. In Phoenix, Arizona, the program is implemented through a partnership with the University of Arizona, Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health which currently operates the Health Primary Prevention Unit. The legal team partners with the Health Unit to promote citizenship screenings and referrals in Hispanic communities.
