The Immigration Center for Women and Children (ICWC) provides affordable immigration services to low-income and underrepresented individuals in the San Diego area. ICWC strives to provide security and stability for children who are abused, abandoned or neglected and for those who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes. ICWC provides legal services on a sliding scale fee system that is based on income and family size.
