The Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center (PIRC) is a nonprofit legal services organization that provides legal and educational resources to detained immigrants at the York County Prison and Berks County Residential Center, and provides legal services to immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in South Central Pennsylvania.
