The Immigration Services Program of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen provides low-cost, immigration legal services on common immigration matters. Our program is formally recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and all of our legal representatives are BIA Accredited. Our program specializes in Adjustments of Status, Naturalization, TPS Renewals, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initial applications and renewals, applications for Employment Authorization, U Visas, and VAWA Petitions. We also provide general consultations.
