In January, 2018, Justice For Our Neighbors Nebraska (JFON-NE) changed its name to Immigrant Legal Center (ILC). The change does not reflect a change in our culture, our values, or our mission. ILC continues to provide free legal services to immigrants who have incomes below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines. Twelve attorneys specialize in immigration cases involving domestic abuse, abused and abandoned children, and asylum. We conduct impact litigation with the Justice For Our Neighbors Network.  Attorneys and BIA accredited representatives provide education to immigrants and the public. Advocacy efforts include technical expertise to the Nebraska Legislature and updates on immigration law for the public.

ILC provides services in Nebraska and Southwest Iowa. People interested in our services should contact our intake partner, the Nebraska Immigration Legal Assistance Hotline (NILAH) at  toll-free 1-(855) 307-6730.
