The Immigration Center for Women and Children (ICWC) provides affordable immigration services to low-income and underrepresented women, children, and men in the San Francisco area. We also have offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Oakland. ICWC provides legal services on a sliding scale fee system that is based on income and family size in the following areas: Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act (T and U visas), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Probate Guardianships, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). We also provide limited asylum services for victims of domestic violence and unaccompanied minors.
