Filing motions in immigration court is essential in order to successfully litigate removability charges and hold the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to its burden of proof. Our panel of experts will provide practical tips regarding filing pre-trial and post-decision motions in immigration court in order to aggressively litigate removability, suppress evidence, subpoena witnesses, challenge untimely and inadequate DHS responses, and create an exceptional record for appeal.
