How you prepare may be the most important part of your appearance in immigration court. In just one day, our team of experts will guide you through the Master Calendar Hearing and Individual Merits Hearings of the Immigration Court process, offering tips to succeed during both. Key topics include client interviewing techniques and preparation, pleadings to the Notice to Appear, court filings, direct examination and closing arguments. Participants, also, will have the opportunity to practice and receive feedback on their oral advocacy, as well as observe a mock Individual Merits Hearing.
